1) The toolbar icons doesn't show up when V isn't in the current
directory (Eg: "wb:internet/voyager/v txt:html/ca6515ds.htm").
The solution is quite easy: Add a PROGDIR: in front of each icon path.
But I think V should do this automatically if it can't open the icons.
BTW whatever happened to those nice icons from pre1?
2) CManager is Sir CrashALot :-). Adding or editing URLs works fine,
but removing them always results in a crash:

Cause : Corrupt memory list detected in FreeMem
Removing one URL will result in a crash when quitting V. Removing two URLs and
V crashes instantly. And the changes are lost.
It's possible to get around it by removing one URL and then editing another. I
still get a crash when quitting V, but at least the URL stays removed :-)
