Since I don't have CManager installed, it's has to be V3 or some MUI
library, etc. that was installed with V3. I never had this problem
until I installed V3P2.
I've also notice that in the MDII (v0.198) editor, that the "hotspot"
of my pointer changes positions depending on where (top, middle,
bottom) of the text it's at. It can be as much as a whole line off.
Sometimes makes it difficult to edit cut & paste. This didn't start
until I installed V3P2.
So, I'm thinking that the problems I'm encountering may be related
more to MUI than V3.
