OUCH! That's an absolutely ABSURD way of doing it. If an
app wants a font, and it isn't there, OpenFont() returns
with an error anyway.
It is the APPLICATION'S duty to act on this, not some
freak patch to the system. If V3 can't find Arial, it
should open it's default page font, or in the case of
a CSS with properly coded styles, each font in turn
followed by the defined font class (as in sans-serif,
monospace, etc.)
