Eh? No. Pre-release 3 is still a pre-release, which is why it's called
'*pre*-release' :). Anyhow, it always depends how you describe
'fully-implemented' as JS will always take a lot of work and constant tweaks
to get it 'right'.
I said that it was always planned to release the 'release' version after
pre-release 3 (due soon), but at this stage I couldn't say when this
'release' version would be :)
