Yes, there is.
I see by the headers of your message, you're using Outlook Express.
OE doesn't seem to handle "*.lzx" files properly because Microsoft are
a bunch of boneheads.
Here's what you do . . . if you still have it, save the message as
a file and transfer the file to your miggy. Then use a UUdecode
program on that file, which will produce the .LZX file. Unarchive
the file, and viola, you have "vapor_toolkit.library"
