[voyager] V3 pre 3 Crashes on shutdown

I've installed  it with the latest startup fix but when I quit I get a requester - 

        V's Network & File Server
        Program failed (error #8000000B).
        Wait for disk activity to finish.

but if I close the window it shuts down correctly

Anyone else had this?
