Memory is more important than processor speed.

I put Linux on a 386sx25 with 32MB ram, a 1MB isa graphics card and
brought it up into xwindows. I then loaded up netscape 4.06. It took
32 secs to load but once it was up, it browsed pretty well. Was I
surprised !!!

I've always wondered what a 68000 could do in comparison, if there is
enough memory.
I'm sure some people have memory only cards that could try it out, but
with the price of 68030's that is the way to go if you don't have a
memory card, just make sure you get a card that takes generic pc edo
ram and doesn't block the pcmcia port.

Regards...Martin
