It would be nice if we could have the documentation in PDF format as
well as HTML. I don't think I am the only person who finds on-screen
manuals hard to read.

I realise it is no longer economic to print manuals (although Larry
Hickmott found good ways of printing small numbers, using DocuTech etc.)
