Erm, no. StreamRA.rx is supposed to get a list of URLs (the .ram file)
and to stream these files from the net to your soundcard/-chip. 

RAPlayer can be used to play a single .ra file that is completely stored
on your hd (and therefore must be downloaded first)

The problem for Jack is that the files are streamed (or so it seems), but
not played.
