No it does not. I installed it to and had no problem what-so-ever.
Mind you, I just had my configuration completely re-installed with OS3.5. So
I don't have any strange libs or mcc/mcp's on my system appart from the
ones which came with Mui and NC3/Vpre5/WebVision2.2.
