[voyager] Problems with .gif

I canot show i.e. this site correctly:

(Yes, it is a HTML)

At the left site there are buttons (in .gif-format),
changing colour by touching with pointer.

My System cannot show them.
I updated my System to OS 3.5 - No change
and I updated V to pre5 - No change

Is it an bug my my datatypes or in V ? 

Who got the same problem ?

Who can help me ...
