I don't drag'n'drop URLs that often, but I have a similar problem with
V3pre4 (don't know if it's still there in pre5 since my A4000T fucked up
this monday):
Clicking on cycle gadgets should pop up a list with choices according to
my MUI settings. It mostly does, but sometimes (I have no idea when) and
quite often this doesn't work anymore so that I have to click on the cycle
symbol and cycle through the choices.
