Yes, and I was quite willing to accept your explanation. However, the main
reason for testing both Voyager and Genesis together, is to access BIDS which
requires frames and cookies,(and a username/password).
On trying tonight, first I got:
Javascript execution error on line 0:
property "ingenta_login_form" is undefined
and
Javascript execution error on line 2493.
I was already logged on to the site and on cancelling the error messages, all
was OK.
When the page opened afterwards, I was told that:
"You need a higher specification browser in order to use this service. Suggest
using Netscape Navigator.3 or MS Internet Explorer(spit).
HTML Frames required.
But I thought that Genesis and Voyager supported frames!
AND
on trying to use the backpage arrow, I still get:
Unknown URL transfer method "***NULL POINTER***"
I really need to access the BIDS databases, as I am studying for a BSc, and
the info. is required.
Regards
Dave.
