Yes, every time I visit this site

and others have reported it from other sites.
A few messages will display OK, then you get some unreadable ones, then
some more OK, etc. Sometimes if you back-track, a previously unreadable
message displays OK.
If you try going through a long thread on this site, you should see it
too. (But of course bugs don't always show up on every computer).
The initial screen is always OK.
I am using an 8-bit display on CGFX.
