I have experienced the same problems and more.

I had more Javascript errors:
line 173 - invalid proprty type conversion
line 121 - property "cookie" is undefined
property "oneerror" 500 of class "frame" cant be modified and shortly
afterwards my machine locked up and I had to re-boot.
Very pissed off.

I too was using unregistered V3 pre5 and also Genesis.
