There are 2 possibilities:
1. Upgrade to V3pre5.
2. Downgrade to V2.xx (a version prior to 2.95)
BTW, I have ordered a book about 2 weeks ago from amazon.de with no
problem at all (using some V3 pre-release).
AFAIK, V2.95 is not updated anymore, is it?
(wouldn't make sense anyway)
