I'm using the maximum of 32 connections here via ISDN. Sometimes I want to
have more but I can't.
I don't think that switching between them eats up bandwidth, as there is no
switching.
The packets keep coming in and V just has to sort them out and assign them
to the proper stream, which should not cause too much overhead. So if all
packets belong to 1 stream or if there are packets for 100 streams, it
should make no difference, I think.
