[voyager] problems with .gif files ...

I got a problem:

I canot show i.e. this site correctly:

http://www2.datatip.de/cgi-bin/showfile/Internet/Web-Browser/cp32e47.exe

(Yes, it is a HTML)

At the left site there are buttons (in .gif-format), 
changing colour by touching with pointer. 
My System cannot show them right.
_BUT_ when I press SHOW IMAGE SEPERATLY (to the .gifs one
by one),the .gifs are shown correct, but doesn't change
colour anymore.

I updated my System 3.1 to 3.5 - No change 
I updated Pre3 to pre5 - No change 

Where can I try to look for the "bug" ?

PS: I attached a small .jpg-snap ...
PPS: The orange circle in the pic is shown _after_ I pressed
"Download" (lower left side)
