Please don't get me wrong. But I *really* can't understand why people
still use AGA and complain about it.
AGA is a technology from 1990 or so.
We have 1999 and people on STANDARD PCs have 32MByte 128bit GFX cards
(even the first 256bit types are to be released soon).
My Cybervision64 is very outdated, too, but it's like 1000 times better
than AGA.
I really hate the situation that programmers have to take care of people
with AGA and/or slow machines such as 030s. This prevents them of
implementing innovative and cool stuff into their products.
Just an example:
Some people say, Olli should improve image dithering. Hmpf. I would prefer
him to do a PPC version of the image decoders first.
Get the point?
If someone disagrees, please mail me privately.
