avail flush does not seem to work most of the time.. I had the installer
do that 3 times and for a number of reasons it did not do the job. David
wrote a flushlib program that I use now.. and with the new V installer I
check the 4 libs in 'libs:' and what is currently resident... if there are
any differences in versions I tell the use to reboot. I hope this makes it
clear to most that a reboot is needed to flush 99.9% :)
