Not always "Instant".. 21 days to get from one side of world to another is my record,
(dates on sent & recieved email) aside from those that dissappear totally. And it was
not mysteriously sitting in my system waiting to be posted, which was the feeble
explanation from my server.
This is an amiga we're talking about, not some PC.
Email 'may' be instant but it's the other stuff in the real
world that takes time. It's all relative. A month is quick
to me to receive something but maybe that's because mail could take a month or
three by post. And procrastinators never notice the time
anyway :-)
but a ten second wait for a page to load... now that's
interminable! :-(
