Unless I miss-understand the cut and paste part, IBrowse2 acts the same as
V3.  Example, when i go to the welcome page at Aminet, I highlite the page
starting at the top and drag to the bottom.  Click in a text editor and
select paste, I get the same results with both browsers.

For Mickey, after you select the text, press R-Amiga V to Paste.  They (the
many hundreds of V3 developers ;) ) are working on it.
