[voyager] How do I add a box at the bottom ?

Hi all

Any of you that have visited http://www.pyrah.co.uk will know that I know
next to nothing about web pages, all I know is basically what I have seem on
others sites and sort of picked it up from there.

What I would like to do is to have  a sort of menu at the bottom of my page
which enables you to go to a different part of my site very quickly just by
clicking on a hyperlink ( with a picture ) - I know how I would do that [ I
think ! ] but making it stay permananently in a box on all screens is well
beyond me.

To make this on topic I will be using Voyager to view !

Can anyone help me ?
