Hello Chris.

Yes, being the owner of 107 registered pieces of Amiga Software, I do know
about delays.
But usually that's something coming out a few months ahead, not updates that
are expected this week/weekend/by the end of next week/next week/two weeks.
As far as V3 is concerned...here are your own words.

In fact, a new version of AmIRC 3 is due *very* soon (this week/weekend?)
and a new V3, with stuff like window.open support, and a new Flash module,
is also due within the next week to two weeks, max. AFAIK Olli would like
the Flash module and AmIRC out by the end of the weekend, if possible

Chris.

or do I need to underline "a new V3".

But really, I was just curious and a little concerned as very little seems to
have happened on the vapor site as far as upgrades are concerned since the
MetalWeb upgrade of the 2nd Jan...but perhaps the vapor mailing lists are the
wrong place to ask these sort of questions.

It seems some of these lists have deteriorated greatly, especially during the
past 6-9 months with off-topic chat, attacks on people, putting down people
to assuage their own ego's (I guess it's cheaper than psycho-therapy).

In all, it's really tiresome and it becomes easier every week to cull another
Amiga mailing list from the many lists I need to subscribe to due to running
and maintaining a 12 OS environment.

Sad, but very true.

I'm sure the announce list is still working effectively.
Well, I certainly hope so.

Have fun amongst yourselves.
