Yes it does work for me. I've adjusted Turboprint and raised the
brightness and gamma, and tweeked the contrast. Can't remember physical
numbers at the mo. (and they'll be different for your printer anyway)
but worked for me. This can take quite some time to do and you'll need a
few tests, but print quality is now fantastic for all applications and
with V3.1, I don't get the background dithering. I've seen this with
Irseesoft before (I also own a Stylus Colour). Their default driver
settings are always too dark (at least that has been my experience on my
printers). Mine still appears too dark at the lower end for black (i.e.
printing pure black), and reds are coming out a little too strong as
well but I got bored of tweeking. I'll have another go this weekend.
