Use CSTriumvirate, as supplied with AmigaOS, for the large sizes. Or the
Microsoft Arial TrueType font. Or even a genuine Adobe Helvetica Type 1
font (not free, I think).
If you want to, you can make bitmaps from this in Intellifont, but
there's not much point and the files are quite large.
Arial, Swiss and Triumvirate are all copies of Helvetica.
