I'm writing without Voyager in front of me, but I think you've clicked the wrong
thing here - ie. you've set the cache to '0', but you haven't actually wiped the
original cache.
AFAIK there's a 'flush cache' feature which wipes the cache. Leave the cache set
to 10MB or something, but just delete the existing cache. Setting a cache to 0MB
won't delete the existing cache.
