There is now (since yesterday) a downloadable version so that
you can read and use the tutorial offline, plus some extra links.
I'm investigating some discrepencies, and quirks on people's
systems, and things, and also ways to make the page better. It'll
be constantly updated for a few weeks while I work out the bugs
etc.
