This is a beta-snapshot of V�, intended for people who are having serious
problems with crashes on certain sites. It's much slower and larger than
release versions, as it's compiled without optimizer and with debug code.
The archive is only available from ftp.vapor.com, /pub/voyager/ and
the mirror sites. There is no link from www.vapor.com or v3.vapor.com to it.
Please don't distribute, announce or discuss this archive, except
on the Voyager ML.
The archive only contains the main V executable and the updated
image decoder libraries. Note that PNG dithering is NYI, regardless
what the prefs say.
Note that enabling any of the debug options in the Debug menu item will
cause V� to write stuff to the internal serial port at 9600 baud. Unless
you run Sushi or Sashimi, this will disrupt operation of a modem or serial
PC mouse connected to that port.
