When you click on "Make Range" in the Font settings, it makes a range of
sizes centred around the default size and spaced in 2-pixel steps.
However, the steps should be equal _ratios_ to look even.
You would get nearer to that if the first 3 steps were of 1 pixel, the
rest 2 pixels. The aim would be for each size to be 10% bigger than the
last.
Something like 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 works well on my 1024x768
screen. Your eyesight may vary.
