this is the same response I got on the Aweb list! :) And practically the exact same 'script'! :) What I wanted to do was have a way of activating the narrator.device via the browser to 'speak' a web page, so you don't have to resort to something like Streaming Media, *and* so that only Amiga visitors could pull this off (don't think the 'ol narrator.device is getting ported elsewhere anytime soon). If so, how? Would it have to be within the <script> > tags at the top of the page? This isn't possible for security reasons. Imagine if somebody put <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="amigados"> delete sys:#? all </SCRIPT> on their web page, and you accessed it. I'm sure you wouldn't be pleased. - Martyn Capewell ____________________________________________________________ Voyager Mailing List - Info & Archive: http://www.vapor.com/ For Listserver Help: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "HELP" To Unsubscribe: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "UNSUBSCRIBE" -- Binary/unsupported file stripped by Listar -- -- Type: application/ms-tnef ____________________________________________________________ Voyager Mailing List - Info & Archive: http://www.vapor.com/ For Listserver Help: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "HELP" To Unsubscribe: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, "UNSUBSCRIBE"
