The same thing happens with http://www.kdh-datentechnik.com here.
Voyager never finishes loading all frames. If you hit the stop button to
abort the transfer you are sometimes able to see the frames. The site
works flawlessly with AWeb and Ibrowse. (It only happens in the
"Katalog" area of the site)
