What you are describing is annoying but is not a "problem" due to V.
It happens with AWeb, and I have seen it happen with Netscape Naviga-
tor/Commicator and MS Internet Explorer. The reason for its happening
is quite simple, the computer is receiving the data and is trying to
assemble it as it goes along and display it also. It can display certain
things faster and easier than others. Therefore, once the file is
loaded, the computer can properly display it, both in accuracy and place-
ment on the screen. The fact, that it does not seem to always occur is
related to how much data it has to assimilate at one time. Speed here
does help, but is not essential, the complexity or lack of complexity of
the data is the key.
Now, if all of you are wondering why I can state this and have other
problems, well, in part, because of all of your help, I now understand
the telecommunications idea and the Amiga's ability, much, much better.
