I was assuming you meant Amiga programs, but if you have access to a PC or
Mac, there are several programs like FlightCheck or DoubleCheck that will
batch check PDF files.
I think most of the effort in the Amiga arena has been toward quick and
compatible reading of PDFs and less toward thier generation or
"pre-flights" (error checking).
