Simple : if the V3 SSL plugin is found, it will be used. So if you have MiamiSSL
installed and want to use it, simply remove the V3 SSL plugin.
You can control which protocols are being accepted using the prefs in V3, or ENV
variables described in the docs for MiamiSSL.
