Heh, no, we're at cross-purposes here. :) I'm not referring to the
program changing the pointer using documented OS routines, I'm talking
about whether the fact that the pointer does or does not change when
over an OnClick link is a documented behavioural pattern of HTML or
JS. ie: Will all browsers (not) change the pointer under these
circumstances.
It's all getting a bit OT now anyway...
