this might be OT, because it concerns AWeb, but maybe someone finds a

I had the same problem with unrecognizable AWeb buttons in OS 3.5. I
disabled the Tooltype "TRANPARENT" in the icon of
AWeb/Images/Def_Buttons and now those gadget-graphics are much better
visible.
