Be patient. I think Holger is a very popular man, because I have more than
once heard that he has a huge amount of unanswered mails. The couple of
mails I have received from Holger over the last year or so have all been an
answer to a mail sent a long, long time before.
I am sure you will get a reply, but it will probably take some time.
