You are lucky your alpha works.  Mine keeps telling me it cannot
find the image library.  For the first dozen tries, it also told
me it could not find the vapor_library, or something like that.
It was in there, and then one time I tried it, and it went to the
next message, which is that it cannot find the proper image decoder
on the PROGDIR or whatever.

Needless to say, the new alpha does not work with my system.

I am sure I put all the new files in the proper places... just a 
simple case of dearcing and then moving to the right place.

I have done this kind of thing dozens of times with programs
before, so it is not new with me.  I am definitely open to a ton
of suggestions....
