Folks, I have had Voyager up and running fine under OS3.9, DOpus Megelland II, PPC and Voyager version 3.2. Working great - seemless - wonderful. Yesterday, I had via netconnect3 Genesis connection Microdot-II and Voyager working fabulously. I thought I'd try Aweb which came with OS3.9 disc and this too was working without a hitch for about 30 min. Well what would you expect? Its Amiga! downloading, windows opening, et al. And then the system crashed! I have no idea what crashed it other than over load? Now when I run voyager I run into a problem. It loads and works fine until I go to a site which wants to open another window like (2)Voyager. THe system crashes. I was told that V3: was not validated. THis was where I kept Cach - for 18 months. Well I reformated that cleaned it and I no longer get that warning but Voyager still crashes on any site that opens another window. MD-II works fine. Suspecting a cache problem I started cache browser. System can not find prefs file; although Voyager dot prefs exists (voyager.prefs). I have a couple with different names. So I can crash my system now by either using the cache browser or going to a site which opens a second window. With this information can any one help me trouble shoot my problem? System workd fine before, crahsed, probably corrupted something - but what? I have reformated the cache disc, I have run disc utilities on the progdir: and no problems. Most likely not a voyager problem, but I need help on fixing what I corrupted in voyager.
