Great. This really gives me hope that I can use my strictly HTML4.01 &
JS1.2 Homepage with Voyager again. The "reload frameset when user directly
loads frame" functionality was always missing a variable defined in
another frame.

If the MouseOver effect does work /in a frame/, too, I'm rather happy.
I give you cheers when this happens. You might check this (and not be
bored by faulty code causing these effects) on my homepage (see below).
