Olli posts snippets of the history to this list often enough I would
have thought. You get to see exactly what has been fixed since.
.. putting history lists ONLINE (as in freely available) makes people
confused, makes them whine that the version with all the bugfixes
isn't available, and generally isn't a good idea.
