Have you set up Fblit in exclude mode rather than include this way
everything is put into fastram. Anything that causes Fblit to crash is then
put into the "Exclude List" in Fblit.
Start FblitGUI - FAllocBitMap - Task List Options=Exclude.
Running Fblit this way my graphics memory stays around 1.5MB.
If you are already running it this way then I don't know what else it could
be :)
