WRT popup menus, this will probably rely on some DHTML. I'll check
it out.

We've known about this for ages. It's a bug I can't pinpoint. You'll also
notice here that V doesn't show URL's when highlighting the links ;)

And this. Although I know precisely why this happens (it's actually a
very far reaching bug which will screw a lot of sites if they don't
define table widths properly or don't enclose objects in their own
cells)
