I have had the very same problem in (as far as I can remember) all Voyager v3's
(now in 3.2.13). There is not only problem saving images to non-standard file
systems (SFS, PFS, AFS), but also saving html and text files to the ram disk.

Annoying, but one gets used to it... save - check - save again if it's not there
(and repeat for 2-3 times). A lot of times the files are written on the first
attempt, but one notices the problems easier than the correct behavior.
