Because the layouter was almost rewritten from scratch, it'll be added back
later but I'd like to do something better with automatic relayout depending
on the page size (no more need to resize the window), support for TurboPrint
and CanonStudio (and I'd like to thank IrseeSoft and Wolf Faust for sending
me the needed material), and, ultimately PostScript support. Since this is
very time consuming, I hope you understand that other things currently have
a higher priority.
