Three bugs here: V is still knocking things down vertically rather
than displaying them horizontally if they don't look like they'll
fit in a table cell (UPS truck)
Also, TABLE WIDTH="100%" seems to be taking window-width
rather than entire-document-width (so the little coloured bars
aren't working properly)
Also also, it seems V is ignoring FRAME MARGINWIDTH=0 and
MARGINHEIGHT=0 attributes.. which is odd, I was sure these
worked :)
