You can work around it's non workingness :)
Make sure you have "Don't send Referrer HTTP: header" disabled in
security i.e. unchecked.*
When you click on the People button as you state it seems not to be
able to find the page, you should be getting the error "Unable to find
hostname "undefined"". Look at the URL the site has generated, it
starts with "/directory-enquiries" which is no good as there is no
domain to look up, hence the error. If you type in http://www.bt.com
infront of this and press enter V will goto the page and show the
results of the search.
