I don't know why you've suddenly got it - it's not to do with the
Squirrel itself, although it might be related to one of the pieces of
software you installed as part of it. For example, the CD32 "emulator"
system it installs makes a nice mess of things. FWIW, my SurfSquirrel
installation creates no such files in RAM:... :-/
Stuff like the Command-00 thing is usually a temporary script placed
by tools like installers, dockbars, DOpus, de-archive GUIs, etc. in
the "T:" assign which run the required program(s). Normally T: is
assigned to RAM:T.
Often the installation of a new piece of software will create files in
ENV:, which is usually RAM:ENV, and your startup-sequence will
automatically copy these files from SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive (or ENVARC:)
on every boot.
If you've got these sort of files in the root of RAM: then maybe you
have some problem with where the assigns are?
