There would have to be a routine in V that basically "mixed" two bitmaps
together depending on the alpha channel for the source bitmap and the
colours in the destination.

This is not stuff that the browser should be doing.

I received them, and I looked at them.. but there are better bugs to
investigate and fix that adversely affect the functionality of the
browser (JS errors that Should Not Happen (tm), and stuff that slows
the browser down like not cancelling network operations from the
window you just closed..)
